It's a wonderful life... it REALLY is!!
I have been toying with gluten free biscuit recipes (that actually TASTE like a traditional biscuit) for over a year now..... some have been really tasty - but too crumbly, or good consistency but wrong color and not very tasty, and just plain ol' awful all around. Well, up until now, I had been using Pamela's Mix with an egg and some butter and they were the best tasting biscuits, but were just too dang crumbly. Today I tried a new GF flour, (Cup 4 Cup) and they were freakin' AWESOME!!! Perfect. Almost too good to be GF..... and they went splendidly with the rest of our breakfast of cheese eggs, grits, bacon, and steamed broccoli...
After our big post Thanksgiving b'fast, we headed out to find the perfect tree. Found it, put it up, and decorated it! BRING IT, Christmas!! We are ready!
