Saturday started out horrible, I must say. I woke up at 3am with a full blown migraine. I had kept it at bay Thursday and Friday, but overnight it turned into that dreadful monster that is debilitating! Luckily, after a lonnnnnnnnnnnng bath with my head completely submerged in essential oils and epsom salts, and a little pharmaceutical help, I was able to manage the pain well enough to enjoy the rest of my weekend - until Monday rolled around and I got my chiropractor to work his magic on me!! Man, I love my chiropractor!!!! Instantly better after a few cracks ;)
