Tailwagger Tuesday: Meet Misty

This week's tail wagger Tuesday is spotlighting Misty at Athens-Clarke County Animal Control. Take a look at how these earlier photos taken really show her sadness and confusion, and how over time, she has blossomed into a happy little pibble.....

She still needs a foster home to commit to her through her heart worm treatment and see her through to find her forever home. She walks AMAZING on a leash, and as you can see in her transformation, she is pretty good at adjusting to new environments. The county pound is likely the best life she has ever known, as she came in as a stray, still lactating from having nursed puppies. She was found in a popular dumping spot for dogs, and that makes me think she was likely just a breeder dog. A commodity. A money maker.
